A Liminal Cognitive State Where Truth is Experiential not Discursive

There is a close split between enacted self and the witnessing self . In a dream or in heightened states of perception ‘Tarun' becomes like a
character whose behaviours can be observed from a second position of awareness . For
convenience let us call that awareness ' I '.
' I ' notices automatic participation in inherited social rituals mistaken for politeness, intimacy, obedience and notice that they are not necessarily aligned

with what ' I ' really wants . ' I ' (awareness) seems less interested in morality in the altered states and
more interested in where conditioning bypasses conscious choice . Social rituals often suspend
individual intention . ' Tarun' participates before ' I ' even decides . ' Tarun' moves through inherited choreography and ' I ' witnesses that . The Self Regulating Mechanism in dreams exposes the behavioural pattern during enactment .
The self ' Tarun' begins acting but another layer intervenes questions if this was reflex or an actual
necessity
This awareness ' I ' witnesses function which is temporarily less fused with cultural momentum . In
waking life this fusion is tighter so actions feel natural and unquestioned .
The Witnessing Self , ' I ' can begin to feel more real than ' Tarun' and create a split where ordinary
human participation starts feeling contaminated.
But life inevitably contains performance , Ritual ,
Adaptation , Compromise. The question is not how to become free of conditioning but how to
recognise when conditioning is acting instead of choice
My Dreams and Altered states of perception seem to be asking at what point does participation stop
being conscious and becomes automatic obedience to atmosphere
I am interested in the moment ' I ' notices this machinery operating. Not freedom from conditioning
but the Rupture through which conditioning becomes visible to self . I am interested in moments
where the structure becomes briefly perceptible . When ‘ I ‘ notices ' Tarun' performing inherited
Rituals as though from a slight distance outside the body
Not Liberation Just Perception . ‘The veil Thinning enough to reveal the mechanism underneath

There's a resonance in the dissected self you chronicle, that translates much of humanity's paradoxical whims!
